En conferencia de prensa ofrecida esta mañana en el edificio municipal por los intendentes de nuestra ciudad y Justiniano Posse, Carlos Briner y Gerardo Zuin, respectivamente, el legislador Dardo Iturria y el director del Hospital Regional “Dr. José A. Ceballos”, José María Ruiz, coincidentemente se explicó que el Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia es el único encargado de difundir los casos de Covid-19 confirmados y descartados en todo el territorio cordobés.
Asimismo, aclararon que al difundirse el parte oficial de Defensa Civil en la víspera, aún no se conocía el informe de la Provincia.
El Dr. Ruiz, indicó que “como lo veníamos anunciando desde el principio de esta situación, nosotros solo podemos informar de los casos sospechosos, ya que los confirmados o descartados, están a cargo de Salud de la provincia”.
Sostuvo además que hay diez casos de hisopados de la región en el hospital local, de los cuales uno de Bell Ville que está descartado, dos casos positivos confirmados en esta ciudad, otro positivo en Justiniano Posse y los restantes, aun en estudio según este detalle: dos en San Marcos Sud, uno de Noetinger y tres por confirmar o descartar de esta ciudad.
Aseguró que a los pacientes se los está controlando. Están en sus casas, aislados. No han sido internados ni se los ha derivado a ningún centro de mayor complejidad. Se los visita en sus domicilios y también se los controla telefónicamente, como forma de contención y tranquilidad a los enfermos. Algunos están mejorando de sus síntomas. En todos los casos, está todo preparado para la atención en caso de eventuales complicaciones.
Reiteró que el comunicado de ayer de Defensa Civil con el informe del hospital, fue difundido con anterioridad a la comunicación del ministro de Salud de Córdoba, Diego Cardozo, donde confirmó los tres casos positivos en el departamento Unión.
Por su parte, el Dr. Briner dijo que lamentablemente se sigue viendo mucha gente afuera de sus hogares, no respetando la cuarentena. “Esta actitud complica las cosas”, afirmó.
Y agregó: “La cuarentena es el único medio probado que tenemos para evitar los contagios”.
A su turno, el Dr. Zuin destacó que como municipios nos debemos remitir al referente de la salud pública en el departamento, que es el director del hospital de Bell Ville, respetando los protocolos establecidos para esta emergencia.
Llevó un mensaje de tranquilidad a la comunidad de Justiniano Posse ya que se tomaron todas las medidas y recaudos necesarios para que los residentes en la localidad que viajaron en este último tiempo, hayan cumplido o estén haciendo la cuarentena obligatoria.
Finalmente, el legislador Iturria aseguró que el Estado, ya sea nacional, provincial o municipal, está presente en esta emergencia y pidió ser cuidadosos con cerrar las localidades o dar a conocer la identidad de los enfermos.
Reiteró que “el único autorizado en dar información de confirmaciones o rechazos de coronavirus, es el ministro Cardozo”.
